Any leftover roast red meat, cut into very sm. pieces Gravy Mashed potatoes, divided into 2 equal parts Sharp Cheddar cheese In a flat pan place a layer of mashed potatoes, cover with meat mixed with gravy. Cover this with the rest of the mashed potatoes. Top with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees until cheese is crusty. Try Maple Syrup on this for a really different dish. |
