GINGER SNAPS 
3/4 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. Brer Rabbit Molasses (mild)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream Crisco, sugar and egg. Add molasses and blend. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Roll into 1" balls, roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Soft and chewy cookie.
