LOW - CAL RANCH DRESSING 
1/2 c. 2% fat cottage cheese
1/3 c. low-fat buttermilk
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
White portion of 1 green onion
1 med. size clove garlic, cut up
1/4 tsp. each dried oregano and basil leaves
Pinch of dried thyme leaves
Pepper to taste

Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor. Refrigerate tightly covered. Makes 1 cup. 33 calories per 2 tablespoons.
