MACARONI SAUTE 
2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute macaroni, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. 6 servings.

MACARONI BEEF SAUTE:

1 lb. ground beef
Macaroni
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Saute ground beef with macaroni. Add salt.
