2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
3 c. oatmeal
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, sugar, cocoa and milk together. Stir and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well and drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
