KOLACHKI FILLINGS 
POPPY SEED:

Grind 1/2 pound poppy seed. Add enough milk to make a paste. Add cinnamon, sugar and cloves to taste.

WALNUT:

Grind 1/2 pound walnuts, add 1/2 cup sugar and enough hot water to make a paste.

APRICOT:

Mix 1 can apricot filling with 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch. Spread on squares.
