MACARONI SALAD 
1 pkg. Macaroni and Cheese dinner
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) pimiento, drained and diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook macaroni following package directions; drain. Return macaroni to pan and immediately stir contents of cheese packet into hot macaroni. Blend well.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with macaroni; toss with fork and season to taste. Chill thoroughly before serving. Makes 6-8 servings.
