CHILE RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
2 (31 oz.) cans lg. green chilies (chopped)
4 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. flour

Cover bottom of lightly greased 2 quart baking dish with sliced cheese. Add a layer of chilies. Alternate layers. Beat egg whites stiff. Add flour and fold in beaten egg yolks. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
