CHINESE HOT DISH | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 c. cooked peas 1 c. rice, uncooked 1 stalk celery 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 lg. onion 3/4 c. water to each can of soup 4 to 6 tbsp. soy sauce (or more if you like) Mix all together. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for about 2 to 3 hours or until it gets some what thick. Serve with Chinese noodles. |
