CHINESE LEMON CHICKEN 
1 (3 oz.) box lemon gelatin
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 chicken breasts halved, skinned, boned
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Combine dry gelatin, garlic salt, mustard and butter. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly in oven proof baking dish.

Place chicken in single layer over gelatin mixture turning to coat both sides. Cover baking dish. Place chicken in a preheated 350 degree oven after 15 minutes turn chicken pieces over; baste with sauce.

Sprinkle chicken with almond slices. Cover dish and return to oven for 15 more minutes. Remove cover and baste chicken with sauce, bake for final 15 minutes. Total baking time 45 minutes. Serves 4.
