BBQ'D MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 slices bread, sm. cubes
1/4 c. dried minced onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix bread, onion, milk and salt and pepper. Let stand until milk is absorbed and bread is soft. Add beef. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place in ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown. Remove to serving dish. Pour on heated BBQ sauce (see following), toss gently to coat.

HOMEMADE BBQ SAUCE:

6 tbsp. vinegar
6 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
6 tbsp. molasses
3/4 c. ketchup
Dash hot sauce (optional)

Mix all together. Use for BBQ'd meatballs.
