BORRACHO 
1 lb. lentils, rinsed
1 qt. beer
3 c. chicken broth
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1 lb. kielbasa, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. basil
1 c. sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper

In a Dutch oven combine lentils, beer and broth. Boil, then simmer. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add meat and rest of ingredients to pot. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Add water as needed.
