2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. orange juice
Orange rind
Flour as needed (mix by hand)
1/3 dough
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix ingredients. Add flour until dough comes away from your hands and sides of bowl. Separate 1/3 dough; add cocoa and sugar. Mix. Add more flour to white dough so that it isn't too greasy (but not dry). Make 3 balls white and 3 balls chocolate. Flatten each with your hand.

Place chocolate on top of white and roll together. Once flattened roll into round bar. Wrap in wax paper and freeze for several hours or days. Slice and bake until brown at 350 degrees. (Do not grease cookie sheet.)
