PIZZA DOUGH
1 1/2 env. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

1. Put flour and salt into the bowl of food processor.

2. Dissolve yeast in water and add olive oil.

3. Mix salt and flour in processor briefly. Pour in yeast mixture and process about 2 minutes until you have a soft but firm and kneadable mixture.

4. Turn dough out onto a well floured board and knead briefly. Shape into a ball. Place in a lightly greased mixing bowl and cover with a dish towel. Let rise until double in bulk - roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

6. Punch down dough and form 2 (12 or 13 inch) pizzas. Top with favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Dough can also be frozen.
