MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef chuck
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. catsup
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Mix above ingredients together and shape into round, flat loaf in a 9-inch pie plate. Spread an additional 2 tablespoons catsup on top of loaf. Insert temperature probe and cover with plastic wrap. Attach probe cable to oven. Set temperature 170 degrees. Microwave on high. When oven signals, remove meat loaf and let stand about 10 minutes to firm before serving. Serve in wedges. Makes 6 servings.

For ovens not equipped with probe, use minimum microwave time (15 minutes) and check for doneness.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
