BROCCOLI & CHEESE BAKE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 stacks of Ritz crackers
2 sticks of butter

Cook broccoli as directed. Put in long casserole dish. Cube Velveeta cheese on top. Melt butter and crush crackers with rolling pin. Mix with butter. Sprinkle mixture on top of cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
