PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
6 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown pork chops. Spread rice on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Place pork chops on top of rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the pork chops. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the top. Combine boiling water with soy sauce and pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This is a time saver for busy families and oh, so tender chops!
