STRAWBERRY ALMOND CREAM DESSERT 
2 pts. strawberries
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 tsp. almond extract

Wash and cut strawberries to size you prefer. Prepare instant pudding as directed but use only one cup of milk. Whip almond extract and whipping cream. With wire whisk or rubber spatula, gently fold whipped cream mixture into pudding.

Spoon mixture and strawberries alternately into parfait or dessert dishes. (Substitute strawberry Jello for strawberries.)
