SQUASH BOATS 
2 acorn squash
1 to 1 1/4 lb. pork sausage

Cut squash into halves and scrape out seeds. Form pork sausage with hands into 4 balls. Place one ball in each half of squash. Wrap each squash "boat" completely and individually in aluminum foil and place on broil pan or sturdy cookie sheet. Place in oven and bake 2 hours at 350 degrees. Before serving, remove grease from squash.
