COFFEE DANISH 
2 Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk (save white)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Press 1 package crescent rolls into 13"x9" pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, vanilla, egg yolk. Spread on crust. Press other roll of crescent rolls on waxed paper closing perforations. Place on top of cheese mixture. Beat egg white slightly and brush on top of crescent rolls. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
