CREAM CHEESE DANISH 
1 pkg. crescent roll dough

In 6 x 10 pan: put 1/2 of dough for bottom crust, reserve rest for top.

CRUST
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
Scant 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend this with cream cheese mixture. Cover bottom of rolls with this. Then pinch edge of remaining 1/2 of dough over mixture. Glaze with egg white and 1 teaspoon of water added. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into serving pieces.
