RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
2 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 egg yolks 3 c. chopped rhubarb 1 tbsp. tapioca 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter, melted Mix all together and pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. |
