CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. crabmeat
2 c. diced celery
1 c. diced onion
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tsp. Tabasco hot sauce

Mix all of the above together except cracker crumbs. Put cracker crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
