CRAB CRISPS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed & flaked
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix
3 doz. Melba toast rounds

Combine first 4 ingredients, mixing well. Spread on toast. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
