BARBEQUED BEEF BRISKET 
5-6 lb. brisket
3 oz. liquid smoke
Celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt (sparingly)
Worcestershire sauce

Marinate brisket with all ingredients. Bake 5 hours at 275 degrees with foil over meat. Uncover and pour 6 ounce barbeque sauce over meat. Cook another hour without foil. Remove fat and discard. Make gravy with pan drippings.
