CHICKEN SALSA | |
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken, cut into bite size chunks 2 lg. onions, sliced 1 lg. green pepper, sliced 3-4 stalks celery, sliced 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 sm. jar salsa 2 tbsp. vegetable oil Heat oil in ovenproof skillet. Saute vegetables until crisp tender. Remove from pan. Add chicken and saute until chicken is white (about 5-10 minutes). Add vegetables and salsa to chicken and mix together well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Return and bake 5-10 minutes more, until cheese is melted. |
