BEEF CURRY 
2 round steaks
3 tbsp. curry paste
3 onions
3 cloves garlic
3 carrots
4 stalks celery
1/2 c. oil
2 c. red wine
5.6 oz. can coconut milk
Grated ginger root to taste
Cornstarch or flour
Water or beef stock

Brown onions and garlic in oil. Remove from pan. Brown meat, then return onions and garlic to pan. Add carrots, celery, ginger root, coconut milk, red wine, and water or beef stock to cover.

Simmer until very tender. Thicken if needed with flour or cornstarch.
