CHICKEN DELISH 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
6 oz. apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts

Halve and skin the chicken breasts and bone if you wish. Pat dry. Place them on the bottom of a baking dish. Combine the other ingredients and pour over the chicken. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees; then, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer. Serve on rice. Serves 4.
