CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
4-5 biscuits or 8 slices bread
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 can milk

1. Soak bread in warm water, use just enough water to cover it.

2. Mix the bread with the other ingredients except for butter.

3. Pour into greased pie pan or pie plate.

4. Dot the top with butter.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

6. To tell if it is done, the pudding will pull away from the sides.

7. Take a knife with water on blade and insert into pudding. If it comes out clean, it is set.
