PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

In large bowl combine softened cream cheese, pineapple and nuts. In another bowl combine Jello, marshmallows and boiling water. Stir until marshmallows are almost dissolved. Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup, add pineapple juice and 1 1/2 cups cold water to creamed cheese mixture, stir all ingredients together.

Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Chill until set. Serve as is or cut into portions and serve on lettuce leaves.
