COUNTRY FRENCH SUPPER 
2 med. potatoes, cut in 1/2 in slices, don't peel
2 lb. chicken thigh, skinned
Salt and pepper to taste
3 carrots, cut in chunks
1 lb. green beans, cut up
6 med. onions, quartered
6 tbsp. white wine, dry
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Cut six 16 inch pieces of foil. In center of each piece of foil. Arrange some potatoes and 1 chicken thigh. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Equally divide carrots, green beans, and onions and add to chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle with wine and thyme.

Bring opposite sides of foil together and fold over twice. Tightly fold up ends to seal. Place packet on large baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes or until chicken and vegetables are tender. Makes 6 servings.
