FRESH VEGETABLE MARINADE 
5 c. cauliflower flowerets
4 c. broccoli
8 lg. mushrooms, sliced
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Mix oil, vinegar, etc. Pour over vegetables. Cover and chill for a few hours.
