CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 can corned beef, shredded 1 soup can of milk 8 oz. seashell noodles, cooked 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. chopped onions 6 slices bread, cubed 2 c. grated cheddar or colby cheese Combine in large bowl: seashells, soup, milk, onion, cheese and corned beef. Stir bread cubes into butter to coat. Spread over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until bread cubes are toasted and casserole is hot. |
