SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach
1 can Chinese chow mein noodles
1 can bean sprouts, drained (crisp by placing in ice water, then draining)
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

Wash and dry spinach, then tear into bite size pieces. Then add rest of the ingredients. Use dressing following.

Dressing:

1 large onion
1/2 c. white vinegar
salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. oil

In blender, blend until fine the onion, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend all together.

Extra may be held for other salads in the refrigerator.

Sliced mushrooms (fresh) may be substituted for the bean sprouts and some slices of red onion. Keep rest of the ingredients as listed.
