FROZEN BANANAS 
8 wooden sticks
4 bananas, cut in half
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips or butterscotch pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Insert sticks into ends of bananas, freeze until firm. Melt together chocolate and oil in heavy small pan over low heat, stirring frequently. Cool slightly. Pour into tall narrow glass. Dip each frozen banana into chocolate mixture, coating evenly. Immediately roll in chopped nuts; freeze.
