CHOCOLATE PEANUT SQUARES 
1 c. butter
6 (1 oz.) squares Bakers semi sweet chocolate
1/2 c. unsalted peanuts, chopped
2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. Baker's angel flake coconut
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwave 3/4 cup butter and 2 squares of chocolate on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted. Stir every 30 seconds. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, coconut and peanuts. Press mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan and chill for 30 minutes. Mix together sugar, cheese and vanilla until well blended. Spread over peanut mixture and chill for 30 minutes. Microwave remaining butter and chocolate squares on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Spread remaining chocolate/butter mixture over top of cheese mixture layer and chill. Cut into bars. Yield: about 4 dozen bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
