CARAMEL POP CORN 
3 qt. popped pop corn
1 c. almonds
1 c. pecans
1 c. cashews (I just use peanuts)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine corn and nuts in well greased roasting pan; mix well and set aside. Melt butter, add brown sugar and honey; bring to boil and boil 5 minutes without stirring. Then add vanilla and soda. Pour mixture over popcorn stirring until well coated. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
