BAKED BEANS 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper
2 stalks celery
2 cans white kidney beans, drained
2 cans red kidney beans, drained
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

In 2 tablespoons of oil, saute onion, green pepper and celery until tender. In a mixing bowl combine next 8 ingredients and stir until well blended. Add sauteed vegetables. Pour all ingredients into an oven proof casserole dish and top with bacon strips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
