CHEESE DIP 
1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sausage
1 sm. onion
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 can jalapenos (8 oz.) & tomatoes

Brown meat and onion in large pan. Cut Velveeta up and place in crock pot. Melt. Add meat mixture and soup, jalapenos and tomatoes. Let simmer on low several hours, or on high about 20 minutes. Then turn to low. Serve with nachos.

Substitute 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce and 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies for jalapeno and tomatoes.
