CHEESE DIP 
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
2 tbsp. Pace picante
1 tsp jalapeno pepper juice
1 pod chopped jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 clove garlic
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Mix butter and flour to a paste in a double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. may use more jalapeno peppers for a hotter dip. Serve with chips.
