ORANGE WALNUT FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shredded orange peel
4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

In 3 quart saucepan combine the sugar, water and orange juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to boiling. Clip candy thermometer to side of pan and continue cooking to 234 degrees (soft ball stage), stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and orange peel. Fold in walnuts. Spread candy in a foil lined 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Chill until set. To serve, cut into small squares. Store candy in refrigerator. Makes 3 pounds.
