OZZIE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients. Add butter, hot water and mix. Add rest of ingredients. Beat for 4 minutes on mix setting. Pour into 9 by 13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

OZZIE FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. of sugar
6 tbsp. milk (1/2 c.)
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 3 ingredients overe medium heat until at full boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add the rest of ingredients. Beat until dissolved. Spread on cake.
