ORANGE DELIGHT 
2 boxes orange Jello
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
#2 can crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
2 c. juice
1/4 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 sm. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Drain oranges and pineapple, reserve juice. Add the boiling water to Jello. Add juice after Jello is thoroughly dissolved. Add fruit when Jello begins to set. For topping, mix milk, yolks, sugar and lemon juice. Cook until thick and then let cool. Top Jello with cooked topping then add Dream Whip, mixed according to directions and mixed with cream cheese.
