CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 - 2 1/4 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello brand vanilla flavor instant pudding
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour with baking soda; combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in another bowl, beat until creamy. Beat in eggs.

Gradually add flour mixture then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded measuring teaspoons about 2" apart, onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.

For Variation: Can substitute chocolate flavor instant pudding for the vanilla flavor.
