CHOCOLATE CHIP PUDDING COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. softened butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 pkg. (4 serving size) jello vanilla instant pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix flour and baking soda. Mix everything except flour, eggs, and chocolate chips. Beat in eggs until creamy. Gradually add flour and stir in chocolate chips (batter will be stiff). Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
