TANGY GREEN BEANS 
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar
3 c. cooked, hot green beans

Heat 2 tbsp. mustard, sugar, butter, salt and pepper. When butter i smelted and blended, add the lemon juice and vinegar. Pour over hot, drained green beans. Serves 6-8.
