1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell 1/2 lb. canned salmon (bones and skin removed) 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. sliced green onions Dash pepper Mix all filling ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes. This is a recipe you will make over and over again! |
