ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, salt and milk. Stir in flour gradually and beat until smooth.

Dip iron into hot lard or oil, then into batter, not allowing batter to come over top of the iron. Then place in hot fat to fry for 35 seconds. Use an electric frying pan or deep fryer at 350 degrees.
