CARAMEL CANDY | |
1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened tcondensed milk 1/2 c. walnuts Cook over low heat for 30 minutes or until it starts to boil. Then stir continuously until it starts to harden. Check over ice cubes. Do not put heat on high or else it will stick. Butter pan and pour into pan. Let harden and cut into pieces. Wrap with wax paper. |
