APPLE SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
1 apple

Grease Bundt pan. Cream butter, then gradually add sugar until light. Add eggs one by one, then vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, soda. Beat at low speed alternately with sour cream.

Spread half of batter in pan; top with apple and nut-cinnamon mixture. Spread rest of batter and nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; let stand in pan 30 minutes. Then turn onto a serving dish.
